My Back-to-School Skincare Essentials!

Back-to-School is an especially nerve-wracking and exciting time when you're gearing up for college. Not only are you busy trying to decide what to bring along with you to your new dorm or apartment, but it's also a challenge to get the most bang for your buck! Most of the time, your room will be tiny, so it's also important to make the most of your precious space.

After being in college for a while now, I thought I'd write a little guide on my college beauty essentials I can't imagine living without. Whether its beauty must-haves for tiny spaces, shared bathrooms with your hallmates, or beauty quickies for that accidental snooze (or if you're like me and just get lazy every now and then), here are a few skincare essentials to have on hand!

I get a lot of my skincare products from all over the internet, but one of my favorite places to shop is actually on eBay. Some of you might think that eBay is a marketplace just for used goods, but that was the past! eBay currently sells tons of brand new products from all over the world and the amount of sellers/buyers is always growing. Since I'm so impatient, I personally like to use the 'Buy Now' feature and many items come with Free Shipping (sometimes even worldwide)!

Because they've made Korean skincare products so easily accessible for me for the past 5 years I've shopped there, I've decided to partner up with eBay this Back-to-School season to show you guys beauty products I've used all throughout my college years and have deemed necessary for college survival.

1. MICELLAR WATER

Lets start the list off with one of the greatest creations in the beauty realm: Micellar Water. Whether you need a quick refresher after the gym, a 5-second morning cleanse after missing your alarm, or a fast and easy routine to remove your makeup after a very late night, micellar water is a MUST. My personal favorites include the Garnier Micellar Water, Bioderma, and my most dependable, Son & Park Beauty Water.

2. CLEANSER

A good cleanser is another must-have for me. It's easy to skimp out on your skincare routine during college when time is precious, but one of the steps you just can't skip is cleansing! It's super important to remove the daily dirt and grime to prevent your pores from clogging up. 3. ALL-IN-ONE SKIN TREATMENTS

When you're short on time and need to get ready ASAP, all-in-one skincare treatments are your secret weapons. You get all the skincare benefits you need in one quick step. It's a gentle exfoliating pad that sloughs away dead skin cells, while toning, moisturizing, and prepping the skin. Once you're done, your skin is all prepped for makeup, or just going bare-faced!

4. A GOOD MOISTURIZER

One of the secrets to healthy and youthful looking skin is having a good and trustworthy moisturizer. My favorite day/night cream is the belif True Cream Aqua Bomb. It's a lightweight gel consistency that's breathable, but also provides incredibly long-lasting moisture. With all the stressful late nights staying up cramming for exams, your skin can really take a toll. I think the college years is the critical time to treat your skin well and that includes giving it the moisture it needs to stay healthy and fresh. Plus, if you like to wear makeup, moisturizing your skin well creates a smooth base for your foundation!

5. SHEET MASKS

Sheet masks played a big role in keeping your skin happy and supple. Sometimes you just really need some time to relax for yourself amid all the stressful exams, papers, and projects and having a few sheet masks on hand can do wonders not only for your skin, but also for your mental health! Plus it makes for a fun night in with your friends.

6. ACNE PATCHES

When life gets really stressful, the occasional pimple can pop up and that's never a fun time. However, acne patches can help heal that sucker and prevent more bacteria and germs from infecting it. I like to stick them on right before bed and I usually wake up to flatter and less noticeable bumps. They're a lifesaver when you have a big presentation or date coming up.
