REVIEW: Kicho Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream SPF 50+ PA+++ (NEW K-Beauty Store: OHLOLLY)!

I am super happy to introduce to you guys a brand new online K-beauty shop located right here in the US: Ohlolly.com

ABOUT OHLOLLY

Ohlolly is based in Los Angeles and ships to the United States, Canada, and even internationally to countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. What makes them different is that they seek out products that are natural, plant-based, and packed with unique ingredients! Despite being new, Ohlolly currently carries an incredible selection of makeup and skincare from popular, mainstream brands such as Innisfree, Peripera, Clio, Too Cool For School, Dr. Jart, Missha, etc. and even more hard to find brands such as Kicho, Cosrx, Goodal, Evercos, Dr. G, Tosowoong and so much more!

Plus, Ohlolly gives back to the community! They donate 10% of their profits to several charities that they support, which you can read more about HERE. How amazing is that?! There's nothing I love more than supporting a company that not only has amazing customer service, but also gives back!

I was kindly sent the Kicho Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream and a mini travel-sized bottle of the Kicho Natural Mineral Foaming Cleanser from Ohlolly (thanks Sue & Herra~) to test out! Today, I'll be focusing on the Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream, so lets get on to the review! :)

First of all, I want to say that I really dislike sunscreen. Naturally, I wanted to decline this offer to test out the Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream simply because I'm not a huge fan of sunscreen even though I know how important it is. Most sunscreens I've tried have always been too thick or too greasy and oily, and to avoid it all, I just always skipped this step (I know, gasp!!)! Anyway, I've heard such great things about Kicho, a natural and chemical free brand, so I decided to give it a shot and boy, am I SO glad I did.

The Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream comes in an all white tube with a handy pump dispenser at the end. I absolutely adore Kicho's packaging and their cool, but elegant aesthetic -- both the product box and the bottle have really pretty and classy gold accents and detailing.

The cap locks shut and is easy to take on/off. Plus, I really like how it's in a tube instead of bottle -- it's perfect for traveling and bringing along in a purse for reapplication throughout the day or for beach trips! The pump itself is also consistent and easy to use. It dispenses a decent amount of product each time. I use about 1 to 1 and a half pumps to cover my whole face, so a little definitely goes a long way!

The Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream is a facial sunscreen and can be used as the last step in your skincare routine. On days where I'm feeling lazy or I'm running late, I like to use this in place of my moisturizer and it substitutes wonderfully! It's like an all-in-one moisturizer and sunscreen combination because of how moisturizing it is on the skin. I would definitely recommend this to those of you who like to minimize your steps in your beauty routine because this works great as a moisturizer + sunscreen combo. Because of its moisturizing properties, it would probably work best with those who have dry, combination, or dehydrated skin.

What I like about the Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream is that it has a relatively thin texture that's lightweight making it spread easily onto the skin. Once applied it doesn't feel like a thick or heavy layer on my face and actually feels weightless like it's not even there! It absorbs easily and quickly (about 1 minute!) and can be worn alone or under makeup. It's not greasy at all, nor does it leave a sticky finish or white cast. After it fully absorbs, it leaves a soft, hydrated, and natural glow, which makes it the perfect base for makeup or for days you're going bare-faced. Plus, it doesn't clog any of my pores thanks to it's greasy-free & oily-free texture!

FINAL THOUGHTS?

The Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream protects the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays while also being very gentle and non-irritating on the skin. I've been testing this out for 3 weeks now and it hasn't clogged my pores or caused me to break out. The sunscreen is incredibly lightweight, practically weightless once applied, and doesn't leave a greasy layer, an oily finish, or a white cast. It's a moisturizing sunscreen that creates a soft, natural glow that can be worn alone or under makeup. It would be perfect for those with dry, combination, or dehydrated skin, or even those who like to minimize their beauty routine -- It's a fantastic all-in-one moisturizer + sunscreen combo! It's very rare for me to like or even want to use a sunscreen, but Kicho Ultra Moisturizing Sun Cream is definitely a game-changer! I highly recommend giving this one a try if you're looking for a sunscreen with lots of sun protection without the greasy feeling, thick layers, or white cast because this one won't disappoint!
