REVIEW + SWATCHES: Pony Effect Cover Up Pro Concealer (Ivory, Beige, Buff)

Not everyone is born with flawless blemish-free skin and I totally understand the struggle as I'm personally dealing with many skin issues myself (which will all be exposed below, yikes)! However, that's the beauty of makeup! With the right base products and tools, you can learn to cover up almost any imperfection on the surface of the skin and today, I'm reviewing one that's been helping me A LOT: the Pony Effect Cover Up Pro Concealer!

If you're currently dealing with blemishes, scars, redness and/or dark under-eyes, you might want to listen up because the Cover Up Pro Concealer has helped me conceal even some of the toughest imperfections, including a cystic acne bump (or two). Plus, one of the most notable things is that the shade range now expands out to include shade 25, and though it's still not a huge range to say the least, it's definitely a much needed improvement! 

REVIEW: Pony Effect Deep & Pure Lip Tints + Swatches

Whenever Pony launches new lip products, it automatically goes to the top of my must-try list and that's partly because lips are one of the things she does best! Her Favorite Fluid Lip Tints currently hold the position of my absolute favorite lip tints of all-time and her Stay Fit Matte Lip Colors have easily become a staple to my makeup routine. 

Pony's latest lip products, the Pony Effect Deep & Pure Lip Tint, is an ultra long-lasting tint that leaves behind a stain that will last all day (no joke) without a need to reapply!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Unlimited Cream Shadow

I feel like it's been FOREVER since I've done a Pony Effect review, but I'm finally getting back on the grind - sorry for being so MIA! Pony is constantly releasing new products nonstop and among her most recent product launch is the Unlimited Cream Shadow! The Unlimited Cream Shadow is, as its name suggests, a long-lasting cream shadow with a silky soft formula. To my knowledge, there's not many cream shadows floating around on the K-beauty market, but Pony is always producing cutting-edge makeup products so I couldn't wait to try these out!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Nice Shading (Divine Work, Behind Story, Crony)

One of Pony's earlier releases that I've been loving for quite some time now is the Pony Effect Nice Shading! The Nice Shading is one of three single pressed powders that she released a while ago along with the Mirage Highlighters (review here) and the Personal Cheek (review here). It's a contouring or "shading" powder that's meant to emphasize shadows to give the face a slimmer, and more naturally sculpted look.

I'm not a huge fan of crazy carved out cheekbones, but a natural contour? Now, that's my jam.

REVIEW: Pony Effect Intense Eye Tints

Recently, Pony dropped another new Pony Effect release full of fun and unique makeup products, but what's new right? It seems like she's constantly releasing new items every few weeks and I LOVE IT! The quality of Pony Effect products has generally been really amazing, but that's expected from such a talented makeup artist like Pony. Seriously, its quickly become one of my favorite makeup brands of all time and I just can't get enough of it. 

Included in this new Pony Effect drop is the Intense Eye Tint, which I'll be reviewing today! The Intense Eye Tint is a highly pigmented liquid shadow which provides the lids with rich, intense color that's crease-free as well as smudge-resistant. Contrary to its name, the Intense Eye Tint isn't actually a tint that stains your eyes like lip tints stain lips, but it's a liquid eyeshadow with the long-lasting ability of a tint. 

REVIEW: Pony Effect Ultimate Prep Primer (Original, Hydrate, Moisture & Sebum Control)

One of the easiest ways to achieve flawless base makeup is to use a facial primer. Most primers tend to be one-size-fits-all, however, these kinds of primers don't always work for everybody since no skin is the same. Luckily, this is where Pony's recently launched Ultimate Prep Primer comes in! The Ultimate Prep Primer is a base product that not only preps the face for makeup, but it also smooths out the skin and can be used alone for your no-makeup days. It comes in not one, not two, but THREE different varieties with each one targeting specific skin types, and I'll be reviewing all three today! :D

REVIEW: Pony Effect Mattifying Blur Pressed Powder Pact + Loose Powder

It came to a very big surprise to me when Pony released her new Mattifying Blur Powders. Dewy skin had been a huge thing in the K-beauty world for as long as I could remember, so it was so strange for me to see a powder promising matte skin! Pony had actually launched TWO products in completely different forms: The Mattifying Blur Pressed Powder Pact and the Mattifying Blur Loose Powder! Both of these products are designed to help control excess oil, while also providing your skin with a flawless matte finish that blurs away any imperfections. The Mattifying Blur Loose Powder itself looked perfect for the 'baking' trend and I couldn't wait to give it a try. I'm very picky with face powders because they tend to dry out my already dehydrated skin, but I decided to gives these a chance and boy, am I glad I did!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Long Wear Precision Liners

Today, I'll be reviewing one of my favorite items Pony recently launched in her extensive Pony Effect makeup line: The Long Wear Precision Liner! Ever since I started wearing makeup, I always found myself reaching for pencil liners rather than liquid liners because of how much easier they are to use, at least for me! I was so delighted to see Pony's latest makeup release containing pencil liners in a plethora of shades from neutral blacks/browns to bright pastels and everywhere in between!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Mirage Highlighter (Lucid Dream, First Chance, Fairy Tale)

Another item Pony launched in her Pony Effect makeup line that really attracted me was the Mirage Highlighters! Lately, I've been having a huge obsession with highlighting powders as I love glowing skin, but I have tried very few from Korean beauty brands. I've previously reviewed the Pony Effect Contouring Master Palette (review HERE), which included a highlighter in the shade Dreamcatcher and though it was a gorgeous shade, it gave off a very subtle glow (emphasis on 'very'). It wasn't bad, but more ideal for those who prefer natural makeup looks!

However, when the Mirage Highlighters landed on my desk, courtesy of Memebox I was delighted to see that her highlighting powders were new-and-improved!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Stay Fit Matte Lip Color

I know it's been a long time coming, but I'm finally back with another PONY EFFECT review! For the past year or so, matte lips have been all the rage in the Western part of the beauty world, so it's nice to see Pony's own take on this beauty trend! It's pretty rare to see K-beauty brands copying Western trends instead of vice versa, so I couldn't wait to test these out. Plus, it's refreshing to see that a K-beauty brand was branching out from the typical reds and pinks by including more "exotic" and hard-to-find shades (in the K-beauty world at least) like nudes, bold neons, purples, and etc!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Profection Brush Liner (Carbon Black)

If there's one thing I can't live without, it's a good liquid eyeliner. I literally wear it every single day and every single night. Without it, my makeup look never really feels complete! I was so excited to see that Pony included one in her Pony Effect Essentials Collection: the Profection Brush Liner! Plus, it's in an easy to use pen form!

Memebox kindly sent me one for review and I've been using it daily for about 2 months now. A review is long overdue, so lets get right to it! :)

REVIEW: Pony Effect Personal Cheek (Safe Forever, Call You Mine, Lusty Singing, Flame of Desire, Count On Me)

It's finally PONY EFFECT time again! :D 

I'm losing track at how many releases Pony has done for her Pony Effect Essentials collection because it seriously feels like she's releasing new products bi-weekly. This time, she's back at it with blushes, highlighters, contouring powders, and MORE! They're all part of her seemingly never-ending collection, but she's able to take products that are already in the market, like lip tints and eyeshadows, and put her own spin on them with formulas that have proven to be pretty darn amazing so far.

Among her plethora of new releases, I'll be reviewing the Personal Cheek blushes today, courtesy of Memebox!

REVIEW: Pony Effect Favorite Fluid Lip Tint (Due Respect, Cherish Values, My Pleasure, Lavish Praise, Sheer Delight)

It's time for another PONY Effect review... YAY! :D I know it's been a long wait -- I just started summer school and I'm trying my hardest balancing both, so please bear with me as I try to get a more consistent posting schedule out! I still have a lot of PONY Effect products to review, but for today, lets take a look at one of my favorite products from her whole collection: The Pony Effect Favorite Fluid Lip Tint!

I've previously reviewed the Favorite Fluid Lip Tint in #Be Agape when Pony initially launched the first part of her PONY Effect Essentials Collection (review HERE) and I can easily say that that was the star product out of the first release, for me at least! I've been reaching for that lip tint ever since I tried it and I am totally 100% in love with it, so imagine how crazy I went when I found out she was launching FIVE new shades?! :D

As a Memebox Ambassador, and thanks to the incredibly kind Memebox team, I was able to get my hands on these new shades, so I'll be reviewing and swatching them all for you guys today!

REVIEW + SWATCHES: Pony Effect Contouring Master Palette (#Fabulous)

Last week, I posted a review on the Pony Effect Conceptual Eyes Quad (HERE) which I absolutely loved! The eyeshadows were so pigmented and velvety smooth that I knew right away Pony wasn't playing any games when she released her Pony Effect Essentials Collection. I feel like Pony just keeps on improving with each new release, and there's absolutely no stopping her.

Today, I'm excited to be reviewing the Pony Effect Contouring Master Palette! :D I'm a huge fan of contouring and haven't seen many Korean makeup brands create contouring palettes or contouring powders, so there's definitely a high bar set by Western brands! The only problem with Western contouring products is that it's difficult to find shades that perfectly go with my skin tone. Some powders are too dark, too grey, too orange, or just not the right fit! I had high hopes for the Contouring Master Palette because who better to understand Asian skin tones than Pony?!

Hi loves! I'm finally back with another review of Pony's NEW Pony Effect Essentials Collection! ^ o ^ I'm so sorry about the long wait and the long hiatus -- I've just been swamped with summer school and work and haven't had the time to really sit down and blog until now! So without further ado, lets get to the review! :D

I've previously reviewed a whole bunch of products from the PONY Effect S/S 2016 line last month, HERE, but to my complete surprise, Pony outdid herself and released a whole new set of products! The second round of newly released products in the PONY Effect Essentials Collection includes the Conceptual Eyes Quads, the Contouring Master Palette, FIVE new shades of the Favorite Fluid Lip Tint, the Profection Liner in 3 shades, and the Luminous Boosting Mask!

Luckily, I was able to get my hands on a few of these new products, thanks to Veronica and the incredibly sweet Memebox team, which I'll be reviewing for you today! :) Since there's so many products, I decided to split up the reviews, so stay tuned for the rest of the products. For now, let's take a look at the Conceptual Eyes Quad!

REVIEW: NEW PONY Effect S/S 2016 Collection!

Today, I'm reviewing something super exciting for you guys... the new PONY Effect Spring/Summer Collection! ^ o ^ Pony did a complete 180º for this collection -- her previous collection had a more hip, cool-girl vibe to it, but the newly released collection looks so luxurious, classy, and absolutely elegant!

The PONY Effect S/S 2016 Collection includes the Sharping Brow Definer, Contoured Brow Color, Stay Put Eye Sticks, Favorite Fluid Lip Tints, and the Pebble Blender! As a Memebox Ambassador, I was lucky enough to have received an amazing package from Memebox filled with a few of these items to review and swatch for you guys. My makeup look using all of the products featured are at the very bottom of the review! :)
